Toll road is available between City of Denpasar, the Airport and Nusa Dua area, and costs IDR 14,000 (about 90 cents) for each entrance.
If you book our airport transfers between 12AM to 5AM, there’s a midnight travel fee of IDR 50,000 per car.
Where will I meet my driver and how do I contact them?
You’ll meet your driver in the waiting area at the international arrivals hall. We’ll send you their WhatsApp contact in advance so you can easily get in touch.
Can I make stops along the way?
No problem at all. Just let your driver know if you’d like to stop for snacks, drinks, or a money changer.
My flight is delayed, what should I do?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as you can, and we’ll adjust your pickup accordingly.
My plans have changed, can I cancel my airport transfer?
Yes, you can cancel your airport transfer up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Do we need to take toll roads?
Most of the time, no. But during heavy traffic around the airport, especially on busy holidays, we may use toll roads to save time.
